Cuban Chayote Salad 
(Mirliton Salad)

This is easy Cuban salad with chayotes.

Serving size: 6


6 Chayotes (also known as mirlitons)
½ teaspoon Mustard
¼ teaspoon black Pepper
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup virgin olive Oil


Boil chayotes until tender, 10 minutes. Remove from heat and  cut into cubes (approximately 1“).
Mix the rest of ingredients and pour over cubed chayote. Place in refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
Serve over lettuce. Enyoy in Cuban Chayote Salad!
